Prof. Xin Xu, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, China

Biography: Xin Xu (Senior Member, IEEE) received B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He is currently a Full Professor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, China. His current research interests include artificial intelligence, computer vision, and image processing. More specifically, his research areas focus on building a hierarchical person re-identification architecture including detection and recognition for nighttime surveillance scenarios. He has published more than 160 papers. His publication was shortlisted as the Best Paper Finalist of the IEEE International Conference on Multimedia and Expo (ICME) in 2021 and the Spotlight Paper of the International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML) in 2025. He serves as the Academic Editor for several prestigious journals and delivers Keynote speeches at international conferences.

  

Prof. Daojing He, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, China

Biography: Professor Daojing He is a tenured faculty member at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Shenzhen. He currently serves as Vice Dean of the School of Computer Science and Executive Vice Dean of the Institute of Computing and Intelligence. He also directs the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Research Center for Cryptographic Application Innovation in Higher Education Institutions.

  

Prof. Tao Lei, Shaanxi University of Science & Technology, China

Biography: Tao Lei, a third-level professor and doctoral supervisor at Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, serves as a member of the Academic Committee of the University, Vice Dean of the School of Electronic Information and Artificial Intelligence, and a senior member of IEEE/CCF/CSIG. He is selected as a high-level talent in Shaanxi Province, a Shaanxi Province Distinguished Youth, listed among the top 2% of global scientists by Stanford, and recognized as a highly contributing author by Wiley China Open Science. He serves as associate editor, editorial board member, and guest editor for seven journals. His primary research interests lie in computer vision, machine learning, etc. He has authored or co-authored four monographs and conference proceedings, with over 100 papers published in prestigious domestic and international journals and conferences such as IEEE TIP, IEEE TMI, IEEE TFS, IEEE TGRS, and IJCAI. Among them, six papers are highly cited according to ESI, with over 4300 citations on Google Scholar.

  

Prof. Yu Zhiwen, South China University of Technology, China

Biography: Zhiwen Yu is a Professor in School of Computer Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology, China. He received the Ph.D. degree from the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2008. Dr. Yu has authored or coauthored more than 200 refereed journal articles and international conference papers, including more than 80 articles in the journals of IEEE Transactions, h-index 52,Google citation 13000. He is an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on systems, man, and cybernetics: systems, and the informatics journal. Dr. Yu is in charge of or take part in more than 30 research projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (the Key Program、the General Program and the Youth Program), National Natural Science Foundation of China for Excellent Young Scientists, the Key R&D Program of Guang Dong Province, and so on. He is a senior member of IEEE and ACM, a Member of the Council of China Computer Federation from 2016 to 2023 (CCF).
